How much of what we do every day seems to happen on it's own? Seemingly without even thinking, we get to work, make decisions, performing what have become routine tasks. We often ignore the signs that there could be a better way to do this or signs that what we are doing is not working as well as it used to-but we do it anyway!

This session is for people who may already be looking at their business or personal habits and are aware they need to upgrade or replace some of them. Some people may already know a habit they want to establish but don't know how to do it.

This session includes a Habit Scan that looks at your current habits, identifies your vision of ideal habits and sets a path to cross that gap, to a more supportive set of habits. Once you have chosen your new habits to work on, we will use the newest science of habit formation, human behaviour and computer programming to Start and Stick to any habit.
