For most people, food and drink are integral to a pleasurable vacation, so when it comes to making an impression on visitors to our province restaurants and bars are primary to the total visitor experience.

Working with the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission, MTEC offers the Serving It Safe Responsible Service and Safety Program (SIS) training program which is required by food and beverage establishments if they have or want to acquire a liquor license.  This program is mandatory for all food and beverage servers, bartenders as well as managers.

MTEC also offers, facilitates and administers many other training and workshops for Restaurant and Bars.
