Elkhorn Resort is seeking an Executive Chef.

We are a four-star property located in Clear Lake, Manitoba, adjacent to the world-renowned Riding Mountain National Park with over 1,100 square miles of boreal forest. Our new renovated dining room and lounge will open spring of 2012. http://www.elkhornresort.mb.ca/index.php?pageid=525

The Executive Chef is responsible for upholding customer-service guidelines, providing a safe and fun environment, and ensuring the needs of customers and employees are met. The candidate will have a minimum three years’ experience as an Executive Chef and has worked in the hospitality industry previously. Certification is required as well as outstanding references.
