Communicating With Your Customer

Location: MTEC Learning Centre, Suite 100 1534 Gamble Place, Winnipeg

Date: September 30, 2010 at 7:30am breakfast, 8:00am - 9:00am workshop

A one hour session in the Retail Training series that will give you the opportunity to discuss various ways to interact with your customers in a “real” and natural way, without sounding as if you are reading from a script.

The focus will be placed on assessing the customer’s needs and helping them make their best purchasing decision, giving them the sense of being respected and valued.  Learn to communicate professionally by being yourself!

Cost: $15

Breakfast and networking is 7:30-8:00am
Workshop is 8:00-9:00am
