Preparing a Business Plan

The key to success in any business is to have a plan.  This workshop covers the key elements of aa Business Plan including the Executive Summary, Business Description, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management, Finance and more.  The importance of having a complete, accurate and realistic Business Plan is emphasized, particularly if the business requires financing.
