This is an executive level course which will teach you how to develop a strategy to keep your sales pipeline filled to capacity. You will learn how to generate leads for your people to work with and will leave with the knowledge and tools to produce a sales plan to operate your business at full capacity and create and sustain a sales culture throughout the organization.
